Dear Students and Staff,
As the International Relations Office and the Erasmus Institutional Coordinator's Office within its body, a new regulation has been made in our internal office workflow in order to provide you with a higher quality service and to carry out your application, announcement and evaluation processes without errors and with great care.
In order to complete our intensive document review and systemic procedures without interruption, specific visiting hours have been established for face-to-face meetings and phone calls. We kindly request you to strictly comply with these hours so that our staff can carry out their technical procedures requiring focus (announcement finalization, budget reporting, agreement processes, etc.) without errors. During time periods outside the meeting hours, our office will be closed to external communication and will only focus on file processing.

Important Reminders and Emergencies
- Emergency Appointments: In cases that develop outside the designated meeting hours and need to be resolved urgently (visa delays, urgent signature processes, etc.), you can request an appointment via e-mail by stating your reason. Your request will be reviewed and a special meeting time will be scheduled for you as soon as possible.
- E-Mail Communication: For all your questions and requests outside meeting hours, you can reach our office via e-mail. You must use the address erasmus@tarsus.edu.tr for your work and procedures within the scope of the Erasmus+ program, and uio@tarsus.edu.tr for all International Relations Office processes outside Erasmus. Your e-mails are checked regularly and answered according to the workflow.
